Indigo Bay Oceans Blue

Oceans includes thirty-one single-family Lots, located prominently at the center of the overall Indigo Bay Estates development on several elevations. All Lots provide excellent access, privacy and unobstructed oceanfront views. The upper level (first row) of the development consists of 19 dwellings divided over 10 Townhouses. Two types of dwellings are introduced. The Long Townhouse “Oceans Green” and the Wide Townhouse “Oceans Blue”. On the second row, 12 “Oceans Royal” villas will be located.

The “Oceans Blue” has a frontal ocean view, an entrance with an ocean view and a void, 2 spatial ocean front bedrooms with balconies and separate bathrooms and laundry space, and a wide living room with an open kitchen and an office den, extending to the outside through wide glass facades.
